POLICY

1. Production Time

Custom products require production before shipment. Estimated production time is 2–5 business days.

Production estimates begin after payment is confirmed, artwork is approved, required files are received, and any customization issues are resolved. Production delays may occur during high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated transit times are separate from production time:

• United States standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
• International shipping: 7–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Tracking

Tracking information will be sent when available. Tracking may take time to update after label creation. You can also check status any time on our track-order page.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect — we cannot guarantee changes after production or shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for:

• Returned packages
• Re-shipment
• Incorrect addresses
• Refused delivery

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• Import duties
• Customs charges
• Local taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Compliance with local import restrictions

Customs delays are outside our control.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carriers
• Weather
• Customs
• Natural disasters
• Labor disruptions
• Incorrect addresses
• Government action
• Supply interruptions
• Other events beyond reasonable control

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Report damage or loss to cursorcultureofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery. Provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Tracking information
• A description of the problem

8. Multiple Shipments

Orders may arrive in separate shipments.
