    3. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers

CursorCulture uses automated systems and third-party AI providers to provide prompt generation, conversational brainstorming, image generation, image and reference analysis, speech transcription, web research, content classification, moderation, and conversation-title generation.

Information submitted to these features may be transmitted to OpenAI and Google (Gemini) for processing. We do not promise that an AI provider will retain no data unless our agreement and technical configuration with that provider actually provide that protection.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or purchasing them.

    4. Web Search and External Sources

When web research is active, CursorCulture may send a query based on your request to a third-party search or AI provider, and may retrieve publicly available information from third-party websites governed by their own privacy practices. We may store source titles, domains, citations, and related research metadata with your conversation.

    5. How We Share Information

If you publish a design or profile, information you choose to make public will be visible to other users and could be copied or shared outside CursorCulture.

    D. Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful government requests, protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, protect our rights, safety, systems, or property, or prevent harm.

    E. Business transfers

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

    6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, shopping-cart functionality, analytics, performance, fraud prevention, and marketing where enabled. We may store login and credit-batch timestamps to administer this rule. Credit expiration records may be retained in billing history and financial ledgers even after the applicable credits expire.
