You may not use CursorCulture to create, upload, publish, sell, or distribute content that falls into the categories below. These restrictions supplement our Terms of Service.
Illegal or harmful content
- Violates law
- Facilitates fraud or theft
- Contains malware or enables phishing
- Promotes violent wrongdoing
- Provides instructions intended to cause serious harm
Sexual exploitation
- Sexualizes or exploits minors
- Contains child sexual abuse material
- Solicits sexual content involving minors
- Depicts non-consensual sexual material
Harassment and abuse
- Threatens individuals
- Facilitates stalking
- Publishes private information maliciously
- Targets people with severe harassment
- Encourages real-world violence
Hate and extremism
- Promotes protected-class hatred
- Praises designated terrorist organizations
- Recruits for violent extremist organizations
- Creates propaganda intended to support violent extremism
Intellectual-property abuse
- Reproduces works without authorization
- Counterfeits brand merchandise
- Misuses logos
- Falsely claims official affiliation
- Evades rights-owner restrictions
Identity and deception
- Impersonates another person fraudulently
- Creates deceptive endorsements
- Misrepresents official documents
- Creates misleading commercial claims
- Facilitates scams
Platform abuse
- Manipulates credits
- Requests the AI to grant credits
- Exploits payment systems or uses stolen payment methods
- Automates usage without authorization
- Scrapes private content
- Attempts prompt injection against platform systems
- Circumvents moderation
- Attacks infrastructure or tests vulnerabilities without permission
Privacy violations
- Uploads private data without authorization
- Doxxes individuals
- Uses biometric or facial information unlawfully
- Publishes confidential records
Enforcement
We may:
- Refuse requests and block generations
- Remove content and restrict public sharing
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful authorities
- Reverse fraudulently obtained benefits
Refused credit-manipulation requests do not consume credits.
