CursorCulture respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same.
1. User Responsibilities
You may upload or publish content only if:
- You own it
- It is licensed to you
- It is in the public domain
- You otherwise have legal permission
Submitting an image as a "reference" does not automatically give you permission to reproduce or sell it.
2. Copyright Complaints
A copyright owner or authorized agent may submit a notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- Information sufficient to locate the material
- Name, address, telephone number, and email
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized
- Physical or electronic signature
Send notices to our designated agent:
- [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]
- [BUSINESS ADDRESS]
- cursorcultureofficial@gmail.com
- [PHONE NUMBER]
3. Counter-Notification
A user whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice including:
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification
- Name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to appropriate federal-court jurisdiction
- Consent to accept service from the complainant
- Physical or electronic signature
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
5. Misrepresentations
Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may result in liability.
6. Designated Agent Registration
Publishing a DMCA policy alone is not the same as registering a designated agent. To rely on applicable DMCA service-provider safe-harbor protections, a current agent must be registered and maintained with the U.S. Copyright Office through its electronic designated-agent registration system.
7. Trademark and Publicity Complaints
For trademark, impersonation, likeness, or publicity-right complaints, contact cursorcultureofficial@gmail.com and include sufficient evidence.
